摘要
传统的教学方式既阻碍了创新型人才的培养,也偏离了高校人才培养要求。从如何激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生的创新思维和创新能力的角度,分析传统教学中存在的问题,建立了多元化课堂教学改革模式,完善和构建了科学的教学评价体系。多元化教学方法提升了学生对课程的满意度,激发了学生的学习兴趣,对创新能力的培养有良好的促进作用。
From the perspective of how to stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate students'innovative thinking and innovative ability,this paper analyzed the problems existing in traditional teaching,established a diversified classroom teaching reform model,and improved and constructed a scientific teaching evaluation system.The application results showed that the diversified teaching method can improve the students'satisfaction with the course,stimulate the students'learning interest,and promote the cultivation of innovation ability.
