摘要
以黔西南州茶树种质资源为材料,对茶树中的水杨酸、茉莉酸、茶多酚、咖啡碱、游离氨基酸等抗虫因子进行分析。结果表明,茉莉酸含量与虫口数量呈显著负相关,咖啡碱与虫口数无显著相关性,茶多酚与虫口数无显著相关性,水杨酸与虫口数无显著相关性,游离氨基酸与虫口数呈正相关。普安县古茶树种质资源虫害发生程度低于兴义的古茶树种质资源,这可能与普安县种质资源中茉莉酸含量高有关,在今后工作中,可将茉莉酸含量高低作为抗虫品种选育重要参考指标。
The insect resistant factors such as salicylic acid,jasmonic acid,tea polyphenol,caffeine and free amino acid in tea tree germplasm resources of Qianxinan Prefecture were analyzed.The results showed that the content of jasmonic acid was negatively correlated with the number of insects,caffeine was not significantly correlated with the number of insects,tea polyphenols were not significantly correlated with the number of insects,salicylic acid was not significantly correlated with the number of insects,and free amino acids were positively correlated with the number of insects.The occurrence of insect pests in the germplasm resources of ancient tea trees in Pu'an County was lower than that in Xingyi County,which may be related to the high content of jasmonic acid in the germplasm resources of Pu'an County.In future work,the level of jasmonic acid content can be used as an important reference index for breeding insect-resistant varieties.
