摘要
装配式建筑的发展起到了推动绿色低碳、资源节约利用等作用,伴随不断提升的工程质量要求,对装配技术的要求也变得更高,机电安装部分的重要性也更加突出,尤其是机电预留预埋中,其精确程度直接影响着预制构件的装配质量与进度。文章将从预留预埋、预制加工的角度出发,阐述BIM技术的应用深度及广度,以此提高机电安装的精确度与施工质量,促进装配式建筑的高效发展。
The development of prefabricated buildings has played a role in promoting green and low-carbon,resource saving and utilization.With the continuous improvement of engineering quality requirements,the requirements for assembly technology have become higher,so the importance of mechanical and electrical installation is more prominent,especially in the electromechanical reservation and embedment,whose accuracy directly affects the assembly quality and progress of prefabricated components.From the perspective of reserved embedment and prefabrication,this paper will elaborate the application depth and breadth of BIM technology,so as to improve the accuracy and construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation,and promote the efficient development of prefabricated buildings.
