摘要
BIM技术已经在建筑行业得到了广泛应用,由于城市地下空间开发利用具有多样化、深度化、复杂化等特点,其在城市地下空间开发利用的应用还不够成熟。为了加快推进BIM技术在城市地下空间开发利用的应用,文章结合我国城市地下空间开发利用的特点和存在问题,从BIM技术标准及BIM技术在规划、设计、施工和维护管理的应用价值等方面,对BIM技术在城市地下空间开发利用中的应用现状进行总结与分析。研究表明,目前相关BIM标准已无法满足城市地下空间开发工程的需求,需要针对不同地下空间开发领域对BIM技术标准进行研究和完善,并在城市地下空间开发利用的全寿命周期中进行BIM技术的推广应用;BIM技术需要深入融合大数据以及人工智能等现代化信息技术,研发基于BIM技术的城市地下空间开发利用全寿命周期智能平台,充分发挥BIM技术在规划、设计、施工、维护管理方面对城市地下空间开发利用的重要价值。
BIM Technology has been widely used in the construction industry.Due to the diversity,depth and complexity of urban underground space development and utilization,its application in urban underground space development and utilization is not mature enough.In order to accelerate the application of BIM Technology in the development and utilization of urban underground space,combined with the characteristics and existing problems of the development and utilization of urban underground space in China,this paper summarizes and analyzes the application status of BIM Technology in the development and utilization of urban underground space from the aspects of BIM technical standards and the application value of BIM Technology in planning,design,construction and maintenance management.The research shows that the current relevant BIM standards can not meet the needs of urban underground space development projects,so it is necessary to study and improve the BIM technical standards in different underground space development fields,and promote the BIM technology to the whole life cycle of urban underground space development and utilization;BIM technology needs to deeply integrate modern information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,develop a BIM technology-based intelligent platform for urban underground space development and utilization of the whole life cycle,and give full play to the important value of BIM technology for the development and utilization of urban underground space in planning,design,construction,maintenance and management.
