The situation of excessive gas content of insulation oil of#3 main transformer in the power plant is briefly described.After conducting sealing tests on the#3 main transformer body and conservator,it is found that the loose closure of the valve plate of the conservator connecting valve is the main cause of the gas content exceeding the standard,and replacement measures are taken.The defect of the gas content exceeding the standard is treated by vacuum hot oil circulation,oil filtration,and degassing,and preventive measures are proposed.
