摘要
头痛是神经内科最常见的症状,病因繁杂,掌握问诊技巧意义重大。在头痛问诊方面,一直以来存在着教与学两方面的突出矛盾,如何在短时间内把头痛问诊教学效果最大化?“以学生为中心、学习效果为导向”的教学反思对教师的知识结构及教学方法都提出了更高要求。教师需要紧紧跟上发展步伐,利用好各种资源,提高自身教学能力,为学生更好地融入临床实习阶段保驾护航。
Headache is the most common symptom in the department of neurology.The causes of headaches are complex.It is of great significance to master consultation skills.In headache consultation,there has always been a prominent contradiction between teaching and learning.How to maximize the teaching effect of headache consultation in a short time?In the teaching reflection of“studentcentered and learning-result-oriented”,higher requirements are put forward on teachers’knowledge structure and teaching methods.Teachers need to keep up with the pace of development,make good use of various resources,improve their teaching ability,and escort students to better integrate into the clinical practice stage.
