妇产科实习中医临床护理路径教学法的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway Teaching Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Interns

摘要 目的探讨中医临床护理路径(CNP)教学法在妇产科实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2022年7月于乐安县中医院妇产科实习的护理专业学生88人作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44人。对照组采取常规教学法,观察组采取中医CNP教学法,均教学4周,比较两组考核成绩、岗位胜任能力和教学满意度。结果考核成绩方面,观察组中医护理能力、职业道德、护理综合素质成绩及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习前,两组岗位胜任能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,观察组岗位胜任能力方面的中医理论知识、中医基础操作技术、护理方法、人文素养评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学满意度方面,观察组教学内容、教学形式、教学能力和教学效果评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科实习中采取中医CNP教学法,可加深实习护士对理论知识和操作技能的掌握,有效提升其岗位胜任能力,从而获得更高的教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)teaching method of traditional Chinese medicine in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology interns.Methods A total of 88 nursing students from July 2020 to July 2022 in Le’an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted CNP teaching method of traditional Chinese medicine.Both groups were taught for 4 weeks.The assessment results,post competency and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The TCM nursing ability,professional ethics,comprehensive nursing quality and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The post competency scores of the two groups before practice were compared(P>0.05).The scores of TCM theoretical knowledge,TCM basic operation skills,nursing methods and humanistic quality in the post competency of the observation group after practice were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching content,teaching form,teaching ability and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting CNP teaching method in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology interns can deepen the interns’mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,effectively improve their post competency,and thus obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
