冬病夏治三伏贴联合鼻三穴姜灸治疗变应性鼻炎临床观察

Summer Treatment of Winter Disease and Sanfu Sticking Combined with Nasal Three Points of Ginger Moxibustion in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨冬病夏治三伏贴联合鼻三穴隔姜灸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月于江西中医药大学附属医院急诊科、耳鼻喉科就诊的120例变应性鼻炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为空白组(氯雷他定片)、对照组1(冬病夏治三伏贴)、对照组2(鼻三穴隔姜灸)、治疗组(冬病夏治三伏贴+鼻三穴隔姜灸),各30例。研究共4个疗程。比较四组患者治疗前后症状评分、体征评分及临床效果。结果空白组、对照组1、对照组2、治疗组总有效率分别为76.67%(23/30)、86.67%(26/30)、90.00%(27/30)、96.67%(29/30)。治疗后,四组临床症状评分、体征评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组均低于对照组、空白组(P<0.05)。结论冬病夏治三伏贴联合鼻三穴隔姜灸能够有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的症状和体征,临床效果确切,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of summer treatment of winter disease and Sanfu sticking combined with nasal three points of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis who visited the emergency department and otorhinolaryngology department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into blank group(loratadine tablet),control group 1(summer treatment Sanfu paste group for winter disease),control group 2(three points of nasal moxibustion with ginger isolation)and treatment group(summer treatment Sanfu paste for winter disease and three points of nasal moxibustion with ginger isolation)by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.They were treated for 4 courses.Symptom score,sign score and clinical effect were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of the blank group,control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group were 76.67%(23/30),86.67%(26/30),90.00%(27/30)and 96.67%(29/30),respectively.After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs of the four groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group and the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion Summer treatment of winter disease and Sanfu sticking combined with nasal three points of ginger moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with allergic rhinitis,has exact clinical effect,and is worthy of reference and promotion.
