温针灸联合透药疗法治疗盆腔炎临床观察

Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Permeable Drug Therapy in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨盆腔炎患者采用温针灸联合透药疗法的临床效果。方法抽取南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的盆腔炎患者66例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上增加温针灸联合透药疗法治疗,对比两组的临床总有效率和临床症状积分。结果观察组的临床总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于对照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阴道出血、腰酸胀痛、小腹坠胀、神疲肢倦积分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎患者采用温针灸联合透药疗法的效果较显著,能有效减轻患者临床症状,可进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with permeable drug therapy on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 66 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with permeable drug therapy on this basis.The clinical total effective rate and clinical symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than that of the control group(78.79%,26/33)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding,lumbago distension,lower abdominal distension and exhaustion in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with permeable drug therapy is significant in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,which can effectively reduce their clinical symptoms and can be further promoted in clinic.
