头针结合热敏灸治疗脑梗死恢复期临床观察

Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Convalescent Patients

目的探究头针结合热敏灸治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床效果及对神经功能、生活质量的影响。方法从南昌市第一医院2020年6月—2022年6月收治的脑梗死患者中选取68例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受头针结合热敏灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效并采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能,采用日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评估生活质量水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的79.41%(27/34)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分、ADL评分均优于治疗前,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头针结合热敏灸治疗脑梗死恢复期患者,可以提高临床效果,恢复神经功能水平,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients and its influence on nerve function and quality of life.Methods A total of 68 patients with cerebral infarction in The First Hospital of Nanchang from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the method of random number table,the subjects were divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group received head acupuncture combined with heatsensitive moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and neurological function was assessed by Stroke Scale(NIHSS)before and after treatment,and quality of life was assessed by Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than that of the control group(79.41%,27/34)(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and ADL score in both groups were better than before treatment,and NIHSS score in observation group was lower than that in control group,ADL score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients can restore the level of nerve function,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life.
