中药联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Combination of Chinese Medicine and Azithromycin in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究中药自拟方剂联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法依据随机原则将2021年6月—2022年7月武宁县人民医院妇产科收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者分成对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予阿奇霉素胶囊治疗,研究组在此基础上给予中药自拟方剂联合治疗,均持续治疗2周。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、血清炎症因子[血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分及PCT、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药自拟方剂联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎效果确切,可更好地控制患者的临床症状、减轻炎症反应、改善病情,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine self-made prescription combined with azithromycin in treating patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Wuning County People’s Hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were divided into control of 40 patients and study of 40 patients according to random principles.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the study group was treated with azithromycin combined with Chinese medicine self-made prescription,all lasting for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,serum levels of inflammatory factors,and the incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,PCT and CRP levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Chinese medicine self-made prescription combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is exact,which can better control clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory responses,improve the condition,has a high safety profile,and is worth promoting.
