中药材辐照灭菌研究进展

Research Progress in Radiation Sterilization of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials

将辐照灭菌技术,特别是电子束辐射,用于中药材的辐照灭菌,对于提高中药材的质量、确保中药材的安全具有重大意义,将会进一步完善我国中药材的灭菌方法,从而带来较好的经济效益和社会效益。文章从辐照灭菌的安全性、对中药材有效成分的影响、对中药材外观形状的影响及种类、剂量、储存条件等方面进行总结,以期为中药材辐照灭菌提供依据。

The application of radiation sterilization technology,especially electron beam radiation,to the radiation sterilization of traditional Chinese medicinal materials is of great significance for improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and ensuring the safety of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.It will further improve the sterilization method of traditional Chinese herbal medicine,thus bringing better economic and social benefits.This paper summarized the safety of radiation sterilization,the impact on the effective components of Chinese medicinal materials,the impact on the appearance of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,types,dosage and storage conditions,so as to provide a basis for the radiation sterilization of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
