摘要
基于全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,重新认识乡村振兴与传统体育文化现代化治理之间的耦合逻辑,发现传统体育文化现代化治理既是乡村振兴战略的应有之义,同时又为乡村文化振兴注入了现代化的理论资源和实践经验。运用文献资料、史学研究、逻辑分析等研究方法,以乡村振兴背景下传统体育文化治理为研究对象,通过对全面推进乡村振兴战略的新时代解读和我国传统体育文化的精准定位,审视乡村振兴背景下传统体育文化治理现代化的发展价值,并提出实践进路。研究认为,在乡村振兴背景下,传统体育文化治理现代化具有重铸传统体育文化价值理念、保障公民平等享有传统体育文化权利、推进传统体育文化制度建设的组织化和规范化、实现与数字技术融合发展的价值意蕴。因此,应依靠消费侧的制度创新构建传统体育文化消费试点模式,利用数字化转型全力打造“互联网+传统体育+文化品牌+旅游”新形式,依托传统体育文化项目培育壮大乡村产业体系,支持参与主体联动建设良性发展的传统体育人才队伍链,从而为全面推进乡村振兴战略提供相应的传统体育文化基础。
Based on the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy,this paper reunderstands the coupling logic between rural revitalization and traditional sports culture modernization governance,and traditional sports culture modernization governance is not only the proper meaning of rural revitalization strategy,but also injects modern theoretical resources and practical experience into rural culture revitalization.Using literature,historical research,logical analysis and other research methods,through the new era interpretation of comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and the precise positioning of China’s traditional sports culture,the development value of the modernization of traditional sports culture governance under the background of rural revitalization is examined,and the practical path is proposed.According to the research,under the background of rural revitalization,the modernization of traditional sports culture governance has the value implications of recasting the value concept of traditional sports culture,guaranteeing citizens’equal enjoyment of traditional sports culture rights,promoting the organization and standardization of traditional sports culture system construction,and realizing the integration and development of digital technology.Therefore,we should rely on institutional innovation on the consumption side to build a pilot model of traditional sports and culture consumption,make full use of digital transformation to create a new form of“internet+traditional sports+cultural brand+tourism”,cultivate and strengthen the rural industrial system relying on traditional sports and culture projects,and support the linkage of participants to build a healthy chain of traditional sports talent teams.So as to provide the corresponding traditional sports culture foundation for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy.
