摘要
不当的热处理会导致LED出现发光效率下降、颜色偏移,以及寿命缩短等问题。文章就机械工程技术在LED照明散热设计中的创新应用进行详细探讨,以期通过科学的散热管理提升LED照明的整体性能和可靠性,并提供一种系统的方法来增强LED照明系统的散热效率。
Improper heat treatment will lead to LED luminous efficiency decline,color shift and life reduction.In this paper,the innovative applications of mechanical engineering technology in LED lighting cooling design is discussed in detail,in order to improve the overall performance and reliability of LED lighting through scientific heat dissipation management,and provide a systematic method to enhance the heat dissipation efficiency of LED lighting system.
