摘要
多级AO可以充分利用原水中的碳源进行反硝化,已在大量工程实践中得以应用。推导了多级AO的硝化和反硝化基本公式,基于等污泥负荷条件建立了计算公式,并评估了各因素对多级AO硝化和反硝化的影响,给出了提高脱氮效率的途径;建立并分析了基于等污泥负荷的2种设计方法,开发出等污泥负荷不等池容多级AO工艺,该工艺可以发挥多级AO在污泥浓度上的优势,弱化DO对反硝化的抑制影响,克服进水分配的难点。
Multi-stage A/O has been applied in many engineering practices due to full use of the carbon source in raw water for denitrification.In this paper,the basic formulas for the nitrification and denitrification of multi-stage A/O are derived,and the calculation formulas are established based on the equal sludge load principal.The influence of various factors on the nitrification and denitrification is evaluated,and the ways to improve the efficiency of nitrogen removal are deduced.Based on equal sludge load principal,two design methods were established and analyzed,and a novel multi-stage A/O process with equal sludge load and unequal volume was developed,aimed to amplify the advantages in sludge concentration,weaken the inhibition effect of DO on denitrification,and overcome the difficulties of inlet distribution.
