随着我国经济的不断发展,市场竞争格局正发生巨大变化。在新形势下,为了提高企业经营效率,增强管理质量,企业应转变经营与发展思路。因此,企业需要创新成本管理观念,打造良好的成本管理体系。文章主要研究在新形势下企业加强成本管理对自身发展的重要意义,分析了部分企业在成本管理工作中存在的实际问题,结合企业实际情况,提出了新形势下企业加强成本管理工作质量的有效途径,以实现企业高质量发展。

With the continuous development of our countrys economy,the market competition pattern is undergoing tremendous changes.Under the new situation,in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and the enhancement of management quality,enterprises should change their operation and development ideas.Therefore,in the new situation,enterprises need to innovate the concept of cost management and create a good cost management system.This paper mainly studies the importance of strengthening cost management for their own development under the new situation,analyzes the actual problems existing in the cost management work of some enterprises today,and puts forward an effective way for enterprises to strengthen the quality of cost management work in the new situation combined with the actual situation of enterprises,to achieve high-quality development of enterprises.
