摘要
为了延长公路沥青路面的使用寿命和提高其抗渗和抗滑性能,研究了基于振荡压实的施工技术。主要采用SBS(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene,苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)改性沥青和玄武岩碎石拌制混合料,通过多阶段压实过程,测试了不同振荡频率和碾压速度对路面施工效果的影响。优化的振荡参数能显著降低路面的渗水系数,提升其平整度和压实度,从而有效增强路面的稳定性和防滑效果。
In order to extend the service life of asphalt pavement on highways and improve its impermeability and anti-skid performance,a construction technology based on oscillation compaction was studied.The mixture is mainly made of SBS(styrene butadiene styrene)modified asphalt and basalt crushed stone.Through multi-stage compaction process,the influence of different oscillation frequencies and rolling speeds on the pavement construction effect is tested.The optimized oscillation parameters can significantly reduce the water permeability coefficient of the road surface,improve its smoothness and compaction,thereby effectively enhancing the stability and anti-skid effect of the road surface,in order to provide reference for similar highway projects.
