储氢铝合金表面喷丸强化数值仿真研究

摘要 基于有限元软件ABAQUS建立6061-T6铝合金随机多弹丸喷丸三维有限元模型,研究弹丸速度和弹丸数目对残余应力场和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,随着弹丸速度的增加,残余压应力峰值、残余压应力层深度和表面粗糙度随之增加,但残余压应力峰值的深度变化很小;增加弹丸数目对残余压应力峰值提高明显,对残余压应力峰值的深度和残余压应力层深度影响不大,表面粗糙度逐渐增加并趋于稳定。 The 3D finite element model of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy shot peening with a number of random projectiles was established using finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the effects of projectile velocity and projectile number on residual stress distribution and surface roughness are investigated.The results show that with the increase of the projectile velocity,residual compressive stress peak value,the residual compressive stress layer depth and the surface roughness increases,but the depth of the residual compressive stress peak value change is very small.Increase the number of the projectile on the residual compressive stress peak value increase significantly,on the depth of the residual compressive stress peak and residual compressive stress layer depth,surface roughness increases gradually and tends to be stable.
