饲料形态对产蛋高峰期蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响

摘要 本研究旨在探究不同料形对产蛋高峰期海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。选用96只24周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为A、B两组,每组4个重复,每个重复12只。采用2×2交叉设计,2种饲料形态(颗粒料和粉料)和2个产蛋上升时期(25~28周龄和31~34周龄)。结果表明,在整个试验期内,颗粒料组增重显著高于粉料组(P<0.05),平均日采食量、料蛋比极显著高于饲喂粉料组(P<0.01),但二者在产蛋率、平均蛋重方面差异不显著(P>0.05)。在试验期14 d时,颗粒料组的周增重显著高于粉料组(P<0.05);在试验期21、28 d时,颗粒料组蛋鸡的周增重极显著高于粉料组(P<0.01)。不同料形对海兰褐蛋鸡的蛋壳评分、蛋壳厚度、蛋形指数、蛋黄比率、蛋白高度的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但粉料组的蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位显著高于颗粒料组(P<0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,粉料是高峰期海兰褐蛋鸡的适宜料形。 This study aims to investigate the effects of different feed form on the production performance and egg quality of Hy-Line Brown laying hens.96 Hy-Line brown laying hens which at 24 week old were divided into two groups A and B,with 4 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate.A 2×2 cross over design was adopted on two feed forms(pellet and mash)and two stages(25 to 28 weeks old and 31 to 34 weeks old).The results showed that the experimental weight gain of the group fed with pellet diets was significantly higher than that of the group fed with powder feed(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio was extremely significantly higher than that of the group fed with mash diets(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in the average daily feed intake,egg production rate,and average egg weight among different feed forms(P>0.05).At 14 days of the experimental period,the weekly weight gain of the particle group was significantly higher than that of the powder group(P<0.05).At 21 and 28 days of the experimental period,the weekly weight gain of the pellet diets was significantly higher than that of the mash(P<0.01).The effects of different feed form on the shell score,egg shape index,shell thickness,yolk proportion,and albumen height of Hy-Line brown laying hens were not significantly different(P>0.05).However,the yolk color and Haugh unit of the mash group was significantly higher than that of the pellet group(P<0.05).Taken together,under the conditions of this experiment,mash diets is the most suitable feed for Hy-Line Brown laying hens.
