摘要
针对局部电网线路过长,水电机组出力浪费等问题导致新能源利用率低的情况,提出将现有线路拆分及关键位置建立储能站的改造策略,从并网运行下不同容量储能接入的影响以及离网运行下切除机组容量的影响两方面对该策略进行仿真验证,结果表明该策略提高了水电利用效能,增强了电网对清洁能源的消纳能力,实现了电网运行效率的提升。
In response to the low utilization rate of new energy caused by problems such as excessively long local power grid lines and wasted output of hydroelectric units,a renovation strategy of splitting existing lines and establishing energy storage stations in key locations was proposed.This strategy was simulated and verified from the impact of different capacity energy storage access under grid connected operation and the impact of cutting off unit capacity under off grid operation.The results show that this strategy improves the efficiency of hydropower utilization,enhances the clean energy consumption capacity of grid,and promotes the grid operation efficiency.
