体位固定装置在头颈部肿瘤放疗中的应用进展

摘要 放疗在头颈部肿瘤治疗中的效果非常显著,但目前头颈部肿瘤放疗的难点在于其解剖复杂,摆位偏大,必须实现精准定位。体位固定装置的不断改进和创新为患者提供了良好的固定效果,提高了放疗定位的精准度。本文综述了各类头颈部体位固定装置的应用情况、优缺点以及未来发展方向,旨在为头颈部放疗体位固定装置的选择提供参考,以解决治疗过程中的难点问题,提升放疗质量。 The effect of radiotherapy in the treatment of head and neck tumors is very significant,but the current difficulty of radiotherapy lies in the complicated anatomy of head and neck and the large positioning,which must achieve accurate positioning.With the continuous improvement and innovation of the fixtures,it provides a good fixing effect for patients and improves the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning.This paper reviewed the application status,advantages and disadvantages and future development direction of various head and neck fixtures,aiming to provide reference for the selection of head and neck radiotherapy fixtures,so as to solve the difficult problems in the treatment process and improve the radiotherapy quality.
