摘要
废旧硅橡胶材料的回收利用对降低生产成本、提高资源利用效率以及环境保护都有着积极作用。本文总结了硅橡胶热裂解反应、碱催化裂解反应、酸催化裂解反应等裂解反应机理,在此基础上总结分析了废硅橡胶热裂解回收、碱催化裂解回收和酸催化裂解回收方法各自特点,扼要介绍了废硅橡胶裂解回收产物环状硅氧烷混合物(DMC)、裂解残渣以及部分裂解制品的再次利用。
Recovery and utilization of waste silicone materials is beneficial to reduce production costs,save resources and protect the environment.The different depolymerization mechanisms of silicone materials recycle were introduced and the different methods of recycling waste silicone materials were discussed and the advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed.The utilization of the recovered materials were briefly reviewed.
