基于Petri网的高铁快运医药冷链作业流程优化及仿真

摘要 药品及医疗器械是高铁快运冷链业务的主要品类,目前既有的高铁快运医药冷链作业流程耗时较长、作业效率较低、运作成本较高,制约了铁路开拓医药冷链物流市场。以北京至上海高铁快运医药冷链全过程作业为例,基于Petri网对该作业流程进行建模,通过引入仿真工具对影响高铁快运医药冷链业务作业效率的因素进行诊断;根据诊断结果,提出前置冰板预冷环节、并行化提货作业与装箱准备环节、简化及并行化货物卸车与配送准备环节3大对策,构建优化后的高铁快运医药冷链作业模型,并对优化后的作业流程进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,优化后的高铁快运医药冷链平均作业时间从1124.06min缩短至903.90min,作业时间减少220.16min。高铁快运医药冷链业务流程的优化研究,有助于铁路降本增效,提高自身竞争力。 Drugs and medical devices are the main categories of cold chain business of high speed rail express.At present,the existing pharmaceutical cold chain workflow of high speed rail express is time-consuming,inefficient,and costly,which restricts the railway from opening up the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics market.Taking the entire workflow of the pharmaceutical cold chain of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed rail express as an example,this paper modeled the workflow based on Petri net,and diagnosed the factors influencing the efficiency of the pharmaceutical cold chain of high speed rail express by introducing simulation tools;based on the diagnostic results,three major strategies were proposed:pre-cooling of the front ice plate,parallel pick-up and packing operations,and simplified and parallel unloading and distribution of goods,an optimized operation model of the pharmaceutical cold chain of high speed rail express constructed,and the optimized workflow simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the optimized pharmaceutical cold chain of high speed rail express has achieved a decrease in the average operation time from 1124.06 minutes to 903.90 minutes,by 220.16 minutes.The research on the optimization of pharmaceutical cold chain workflow of high speed rail express contributes to higher efficiency and stronger competitiveness of railway at lower costs.
