考虑环境影响的城轨多设备维修策略研究

摘要 针对城轨设备欠维修和过维修等问题,提出考虑环境影响的城轨多设备维修策略。考虑到外部环境因素对城轨设备运行状态的影响,构建一种考虑环境影响的可靠性评估模型;以单个城轨设备为对象,以设备维修成本最小化为目标构建城轨单设备维修模型;以多个同类型城轨设备为研究对象,引入机会维修以考虑各设备之间的维修时间相关性,以设备平均维修成本最小化为目标构建城轨多设备维修模型;以某地铁换乘车站4台自动检票机实际故障数据为例,研究结果表明,多设备维修策略能有效降低设备维修成本,在730d内可以为每台自动检票机在单设备维修策略的基础上进一步节约维修成本约3921元,维修成本减少约10.74%。考虑环境影响的城轨多设备维修策略能够使设备维修维护更加合理,为城轨设备维修决策提供理论依据。 The multi-equipment maintenance strategy of urban rail considering environmental impacts was proposed to solve the problems of under-maintenance and over-maintenance.Firstly,the reliability assessment model considering environmental impacts was constructed to describe the impacts of external environmental factors on the operational status of urban rail equipment.Secondly,taking single urban rail equipment as the object,the single-equipment maintenance model to minimize maintenance cost was constructed.Then,with multiple urban rail equipment as the object,the opportunity maintenance strategy was introduced to consider the maintenance time correlation between each piece of equipment.Based on this,the multi-equipment maintenance model to minimize average maintenance cost was constructed.Lastly,the actual failure data of the four automatic gate machines was taken as an example for analysis.The results from the actual failure data of four automatic gate machines in a transfer subway station show that the multi-equipment maintenance strategy can effectively reduce maintenance cost.It can further save 3921 RMB and reduce maintenance cost by 10.74%within 730 days for each automatic gate machine based on the single-equipment maintenance strategy.The multi-equipment maintenance strategy considering environmental impacts can provide more reasonable maintenance for equipment and theoretical support for maintenance decisions of urban rail equipment.
