秸秆生物制造工业原料化技术创新与应用

摘要 2022年5月10日,国家发改委在《“十四五”生物经济发展规划》中提出4个重大领域,其中包括生物替代。未来10年,生物基碳基制品将替代石油、煤炭化工碳基产品35%以上。生物替代将引发万亿级生物制造产业,基础工业原料是关键。长期以来,生物制造以粮食为原料。我国是人口占世界21.5%的大国,但人均耕地仅有世界平均27.7%,粮食紧张。万亿级生物制造采用粮食造,势必与人争粮,与粮争地,必须非粮化。我国又是耕地面积居世界第三的农业大国,年产8亿多t的秸秆至今未找到彻底解决方案。因此,早在“十一五”期间,国家就已经布局以秸秆工业原料化支持生物制造非粮化。 On May 10,2022,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the“14th Five-Year Plan”for Bioeconomy Development,proposing four major areas,including biological substitution.In the next 10 years,bio-based carbon-based products will replace more than 35%of petroleum and coal chemical carbon-based products.Biological substitution will lead to trillion-level biological manufacturing industry,and basic industrial raw materials are the key.For a long time,biofabrication has been based on food as raw material.China’s population accounts for 21.5%of the world’s big country,per capita arable land is only 27.7%of the world average,food shortage.Trillion-level biological manufacturing using food,is bound to compete with people for food,and food for land,must be non-grainification.China is also the world’s third largest agricultural country with an annual output of more than 800 million tons of straw had not yet found a thorough solution.Therefore,as early as the“eleventh Five-Year Plan”period,the state has already laid out the layout of straw industrial raw material conversion to support bio-manufacturing non-grainification.
