国家大学科技园中试基地建设优化策略研究

摘要 国家大学科技园是高校科技成果转化孵化的重要阵地,中试基地建设是有效提升科技成果孵化成功率的关键环节之一。但是,国家大学科技园在中试基地建设方面发展步伐较为缓慢,存在科技成果孵化项目来源不够畅通、中试专业队伍建设较为滞后、科技金融服务体系支撑不够、与地方政府合作有待深化等问题。为加快建设步伐,国家大学科技园中试基地建设宜采取理顺科技成果孵化项目来源、健全中试基地专业队伍、提升科技金融服务支撑水平、全面增强地方政府合作等有力举措,推进科技成果转化与产业化,服务新质生产力发展。 The National University Science and Technology Park is an important battlefield for the transformation and incubation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,and the construction of pilot bases is one of the key links to effectively improve the success rate of scientific and technological achievement incubation.However,the development pace of the national university science and technology park in the construction of pilot bases is relatively slow,and there are problems such as the lack of smooth sources of science and technology incubation projects,outdated construction of pilot professional teams,insufficient support for the science and technology financial service system,and the need to deepen cooperation with local governments.In order to accelerate the construction pace,the construction of national university science and technology park pilot bases should adopt effective measures such as streamlining the sources of science and technology incubation projects,improving the professional team of pilot bases,enhancing the support level of science and technology financial services,and comprehensively enhancing local government cooperation to promote the transformation and industrialization of science and technology achievements,and serve the development of new quality productive forces.
