摘要
基于本质安全理论,通过对大量安全事故本质安全的分析,建立核电建设项目本质安全模型。以某核电建设项目为背景,应用本质安全模型从5个一级指标及19个二级指标入手,对该项目的本质安全管理工作进行了分析与评价,并提出了提升项目本质安全的主要措施。
Based on the theory of intrinsic safety,by analyzing the intrinsic safety of a large number of safety accidents,establish an intrinsic safety model for nuclear power construction projects.Taking a certain nuclear power construction project as the background,applying the intrinsic safety model,starting from 5 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators,analyzed and evaluated the intrinsic safety management work of the project,and proposed the main measures to improve the intrinsic safety of the project.
