结合DCS系统的火电厂故障自处理系统的设计

摘要 火电厂作为一个庞大的耦合系统,发生故障的频率很高,而目前火电厂传统的故障处理手段十分依赖于检修技术人员的水平,且处理过程存在很大的滞后性。针对这一系列问题,提出了一种深度结合火电厂原DCS控制系统的故障自处理系统,在原有的控制系统上新增多个模块,将数据分析、故障分析等工作交予先进的算法和模型执行,并给出故障结论和处理方式,作用到原DCS控制系统以实现火电厂故障的自处理。 Thermal power plants,as a large coupled system,have a high frequency of faults.Currently,traditional fault handling methods in thermal power plants heavily rely on the level of maintenance technicians,and there is a significant lag in the handling process.A fault self processing system that deeply integrates with the original DCS control system of thermal power plants is proposed to address this series of issues.Multiple modules are added to the original control system,and data analysis,fault analysis,and other tasks are entrusted to advanced algorithms and models for execution.Fault conclusions and processing methods are provided to apply to the original DCS control system to achieve self processing of thermal power plant faults.
