煤矿巷道掘进支护存在的问题及优化提升措施分析

摘要 文章针对蒋庄煤矿轨道大巷出现的大变形破坏问题,分析了导致巷道变形破坏的主要因素是地应力较大、巷道支护方式不科学、地下水影响等因素,并结合巷道所处地质特点和支护需求,针对性提出了“锚网索喷+注浆+环形支架”复合型支护方式,从巷道返修支护实践来看,巷道稳定性得到了充分的保证,对类似巷道支护有一定的借鉴作用。 This article focuses on the problem of large deformation and damage in the track roadway of Jiangzhuang Coal Mine.The main factors that cause deformation and damage in the roadway are high ground stress,unscientific roadway support methods,and the influence of groundwater.Combined with the geological characteristics and support requirements of the roadway,a targeted composite support method of“anchor net cable spraying+grouting+circular support”is proposed.From the practice of roadway repair support,the stability of the roadway has been fully guaranteed,which has a certain reference value for similar roadway support.
