摘要
在传统输电线路施工中,临锚作业通常面临效率低下和安全隐患问题,尤其是在应急抢修和复杂地形下的施工。针对这一挑战,本研究提出了一种机械化快速临锚的施工工艺创新,主要通过开发一套集多功能模块化设计、四轮行走驱动及全液压驱动系统于一体的快速临锚设备。该设备不仅能在2min内完成地锚埋设,而且能通过反转取出地锚实现重复使用,显著提高了施工效率并降低了安全风险。通过理论研究与现场应用验证,证明了该施工工艺在提高施工效率、保障作业安全等方面的显著优势,为输电线路施工领域提供了一种新的解决方案。
In traditional transmission line construction,temporary anchoring operations often face problems of low efficiency and safety hazards,especially in emergency repairs and construction in complex terrain.In response to this challenge,this study proposes an innovative construction technology for mechanized rapid anchoring,mainly by developing a set of fast anchoring equipment that integrates multifunctional modular design,four-wheel walking drive,and full hydraulic drive system.This device can not only complete the burial of ground anchors within 2 minutes,but also achieve repeated use by reversing the extraction of ground anchors,significantly improving construction efficiency and reducing safety risks.Through theoretical research and on-site application verification,it has been proven that this construction technology has significant advantages in improving construction efficiency and ensuring work safety,providing a new solution for the field of transmission line construction.
