基于能耗与污染物排放最少为目标的发电侧节能减排新模式

摘要 文章介绍了一种基于容量电价与可变成本电价分离的发电侧节能减排新模式。在该模式下,利用容量合同交易实现机组的高低能耗置换,通过可变成本报价直观显示能耗的多少,采取能耗排序与污染物排放量排序的方式计算机组上网电量,最终达到了节能减排的效果。从实验情况来看,相比于传统模式,文章介绍的新模式能耗降低15.3%,污染排放减少10.5%,节能减排效果良好。 This paper introduces a new mode of energy conservation and emission reduction on the generation side based on the separation of capacity pricing and variable cost pricing.In this mode,capacity contract trading is used to achieve high and low energy consumption substitution of the unit.The variable cost quotation is used to visually display the amount of energy consumption.The energy consumption ranking and pollutant emission ranking are adopted to calculate the grid connected electricity of the unit,ultimately achieving the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.From the experimental results,compared to the traditional mode,the new mode introduced in this article reduces energy consumption by 15.3%,reduces pollution emissions by 10.5%,and has good energy-saving and emission reduction effects.
