基于设计全流程思维的装配式建筑降本增效对策

Prefabricated building cost reduction and efficiency enhancement strategies based on the whole process of design thinking

自2016年国家开始推行装配式建筑以来,各地装配式建筑的建设量开始逐年增加,装配式建筑的问题也逐年增多。目前推广装配式建筑的模式基本还是靠政府强制推动,推广装配式建筑的最大障碍仍然是成本偏高,因此降低装配式建筑的成本十分必要。鉴于目前装配式建筑已经发展了6年多,出现了一些可行的优化方案来降低成本,但降本增效效果不明显,可采取一系列组合策略来提升降本增效的效果。鉴于设计行业是装配式降本增效的源泉,本研究基于装配式设计项目,总结经验,提出一套基于设计全流程思维的装配式建筑降本增效策略,在实际项目应用中取得了较好的效果。

Since the country began to implement prefabricated buildings in 2016,the construction volume of prefabricated buildings around the country has begun to increase year by year,and the problems of prefabricated buildings have also increased year by year.At present,the model of promoting prefabricated buildings is basically promoted by the government,and the biggest obstacle to promoting prefabricated buildings is still the high cost.Therefore,it is still necessary to reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings.In view of the fact that prefabricated buildings have been developed for more than 6 years,there are some feasible optimization programs to reduce costs,but the cost reduction and efficiency effect is not obvious.A series of combined strategies can be adopted to improve the cost reduction and efficiency effect.In view of the fact that the design industry is the source of prefabricated design cost reduction and efficiency increase,based on the prefabricated design project,this paper summarizes the experience and puts forward a set of prefabricated building cost reduction and efficiency increase strategy based on the whole design process thinking,which has achieved good results in the application of practical projects.
