摘要
研究生教育是教育强国建设的动力与引擎,近年来呈现出从快速前进迈向高质量发展的特点。在此背景下,聚焦研究生教育满意度研究。研究使用IPA模型研究方法对研究生教育满意度进行较为全面的分析,寻求提升研究生教育满意度的有效方法。结果表明,研究生对指导教师的满意度最高,但对高校教学质量、培养体系等方面满意度较低。
Postgraduate education is the driving force and engine for building an educational powerhouse,and in recent years,it has shown a characteristic of moving from rapid progress to high-quality development.In this context,focus on research on graduate education satisfaction.The study uses the IPA model research method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of graduate education satisfaction,seeking effective methods to improve graduate education satisfaction.The results indicate that graduate students have the highest satisfaction with the guidance teachers,but have lower satisfaction with aspects such as teaching quality and training system in universities.
