交通运输碳排放统计监测平台设计

摘要 随着交通运输行业碳达峰、碳中和工作的持续推进,信息化、数字化技术创新应用逐步成为助推行业实现精准治理、效能提升的关键手段。通过搭建交通运输碳排放统计监测平台,构建“低碳交通数据底座+多维业务应用”平台体系,能够有效推进行业碳排放关键指标实现可分析、可追溯、可预测、可预警,为交通运输全面实现绿色低碳转型,以及城市碳达峰、碳中和工作提供科学有效的决策支撑。 With the continuous promotion of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in transportation industry,the innovative application of informationization and digital technology has gradually become a critical means to promote the industry to achieve precise governance and efficiency improvement.By establishing a transportation carbon emission statistical monitoring platform and integrating a platform system of"low-carbon transportation data base with multi-dimensional business applications",it becomes feasible to effectively promote the key carbon emission indicators in the industry to be analyzable,traceable,predictable and early-warning capable,and provide scientific and effective decision-making support for the comprehensive realization of green and low-carbon transformation in transportation and for urban carbon peak and carbon neutrality initiatives.
