摘要
本次承制的3800 mm轧机支承辊锻件直径超过2300 mm,钢锭心部压实难度大,通过工艺技术研究并借助数值模拟论证,确定采用“镦粗-WHF法拔长+镦粗-FM法拔长”的复合锻造主变形工艺。经生产验证,该锻造工艺合理且可行。
The diameter of the forging of 3800 mm rolling mill backup roll exceeds 2300 mm,the core of the steel ingot is difficult to compact.By means of process technology research and numerical simulation demonstration,a composite forging main deformation process of“upsetting-WHF drawing+upsetting-FM drawing”has been determined.After the production validation,the forging process is proven to be reasonable and feasible.
