奶牛妊娠早期血浆相关指标与妊娠状态的关系研究

摘要 本实验旨在分析定时人工授精后17 d奶牛在妊娠和未妊娠状态时血浆相关指标的差异,并研究这些指标浓度变化与妊娠率的关系。选取160头体况评分(BCS)在2.75左右的健康荷斯坦奶牛,人工授精后经发情鉴定及妊娠诊断将奶牛分为妊娠组(n=57)和未妊娠组(n=103)。在人工授精后17 d采集尾静脉血10 mL,测定血浆皮质醇、褪黑素、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))、孕酮(P_(4))、雌二醇(E_(2))、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPX4)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、铜(Cu)和锌(Zn)浓度并进行分析。结果显示:配种后17 d妊娠奶牛血浆中皮质醇和E_(2)浓度显著高于未妊娠奶牛(P<0.05)。妊娠率分析表明,皮质醇、P_(4)、E_(2)和Zn浓度分别在35.14~41.01 ng/mL、6.55~8.41 ng/mL、444.52~540.90 ng/L和12.75~14.25μmol/L的奶牛妊娠率最高;T-AOC、CAT、SOD、GPX_(4)和Cu浓度分别在0.44~0.54 mmol/L、13.16~17.53 U/mL、18.92~20.62 U/mL、94.00~111.00mg/mL和20.11~24.05μmol/L的奶牛妊娠率最高;MDA浓度在0.33~0.52nmol/mL和PGF2α浓度在81.0~253.5 ng/L的奶牛妊娠率最高。综合以上,皮质醇和E_(2)浓度在奶牛妊娠早期具有预测作用,奶牛抗氧化能力(T-AOC、CAT、GPX_(4)、SOD)或Cu水平与奶牛妊娠率呈正相关。
