热处理工艺对低碳Cr13型马氏体不锈钢组织及性能的影响

摘要 对淬火后的低碳Cr13型马氏体不锈钢进行不同温度的回火处理,研究了热处理工艺对低碳Cr13型马氏体不锈钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,马氏体组织中的碳不断析出,当回火温度升高至580℃时,发生奥氏体相变;回火温度继续升高,奥氏体组织不断增多。随着回火温度的升高,其屈服强度、抗拉强度、屈强比和硬度不断降低,当回火温度升高至610℃时,屈服强度和屈强比显著降低。 The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon Cr13 martensitic stainless steel after quenching was studied by tempering at different temperatures.The results showed that the carbon in martensitic structure was precipatated constantly with the increase of tempering temperature,when the tempering temperature reached 580℃,austenitic phase transformation was produced.When the tempering temperature continued to increase,the austenitic phase increased.The yield strength,tensile strength,hardness and yield ratio reduced gradually with the increase of tempering temperature,when the temperature increased 610℃,the yield strength and yield ratio decreased significantly.
