摘要
设计了一种新型的井式热处理炉用淬火吊具,可适用于大高径比压力容器用筒体零件的热处理。采用传统力学计算与有限元分析相结合的方法,对淬火吊具的受力和形变进行研究,并对吊具的强度进行校核。实践结果表明,淬火吊具设计合理、安全有效,使用此淬火吊具可顺利地完成大高径比筒体类零件的调质热处理。
A new type of quenching hanger for pit heat treatment furnace has been designed,which is suitable for heat treatment of pressure vessel cylindrical parts with large height and diameter ratio.Through traditional mechanics caculation method and finite element analysis method,the stress and deformation of quenching hanger are studied,and the strength of hanger is verified.The practical results show that the design of the quenching hanger is reasonable,safe and effective,and the use of this quenching hanger has successfully completed the quenching and tempering heat treatment of cylindrical shell with large height and diameter ratio.
