金属矿山生产信息监控管理系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对金属矿山信息化程度低,管理控制过分依赖人工操作,数据信息传递手段单一等不足,设计和开发了一套生产信息管理监控系统。该系统采用B/S架构,以MVC设计模式,Vue前端开发框架和SpringBoot技术对前后端进行分布式开发,实现了生产统计、设备管理、生产调度、质量管理以及实时监控等模块功能。通过在河北承德某矿山企业的实际应用,有效提高了企业的现场管理水平,降低了现场人员的工作强度,提高了设备和工艺流程运行的稳定性和可靠性。 A production information management and monitoring system has been designed and developed to address the shortcomings of the low level of informatization in the metal mines,excessive reliance on manual operations for management and control,and single means of data information transmission.The sys⁃tem adopts a B/S architecture,with MVC design pattern,Vue front-end development framework,and Spring Boot technology for distributed development of the front-end and back-end.It realizes module func⁃tions such as production statistics,equipment management,production scheduling,quality management,and real-time monitoring.Through practical application in a mining enterprise in Chengde,Hebei,the on site management level of the enterprise can be effectively improved,the work intensity of on-site personnel can be reduced,and the stability and reliability of equipment and process operation can be increased.
