煤矿皮带机自动变频控制系统设计与研究

摘要 为了进一步提高煤矿皮带机的运行效率,降低皮带机的运行功耗,针对恒转速运行皮带机因带速与运煤量不匹配导致的运行效率低下、运行稳定性差及电能损耗严重等问题,进行了皮带机变频控制及自适应调速技术研究,并设计了一套基于自适应调速的皮带机自动变频控制系统。采用模糊控制算法及模糊控制器的方法实现了对变频器输出频率的实时调节,同时具备皮带机防堆煤、防跑偏、防打滑等保护功能,实现了对皮带机电机功率的智能分配及带速跟随煤量的自适应调节;当皮带机处于空载、轻载运行工况下,可自动调节带速,使皮带机进入低功耗运行,有效降低系统功率损耗,减小设备磨损度。经测试,自动变频控制系统可有效降低皮带机的运行功耗,达到节能运行的目的。 In order to further improve the operating efficiency of the coal mine belt conveyor and re⁃duce the operating power consumption of the belt conveyor,aiming at the problems of low operating efficien⁃cy,poor operating stability and serious power loss caused by the mismatch between the belt speed and the coal transportation amount of the belt conveyor running at constant speed,the frequency conversion control and adaptive speed regulation technology of the belt conveyor are studied,and a set of automatic frequency conversion control system of the belt conveyor based on adaptive speed regulation is designed.The fuzzy con⁃trol algorithm and fuzzy controller method are used to realize the real-time adjustment of the output frequen⁃cy of the frequency converter.At the same time,it has the protection functions of anti-coal piling,anti-de⁃viation and anti-slip of the belt conveyor,and realizes the intelligent distribution of the motor power of the belt conveyor and the adaptive adjustment of the belt speed following the coal amount.When the belt convey⁃or is under no-load and light-load operating conditions,the belt speed can be automatically adjusted to make the belt conveyor enter low-power operation,effectively reduce the system power loss and reduce the wear of the equipment.After testing,the automatic frequency conversion control system can effectively re⁃duce the running power consumption of the belt conveyor and achieve the purpose of energy-saving opera⁃tion.
