摘要
龙桥铁矿无底柱分段崩落法转充填法过程中,原采场存在大量的存窿矿石资源,主要包括覆盖矿石层和下盘三角矿柱。为安全有效地回收该部分资源,分析采空区及存窿矿石分布状况及技术条件,确定了合理的回收原则,提出了分区回收方案。存窿矿石回收全过程在基于采空区稳定性及监测监控下进行,并顺利实施,充分解决了崩落法转充填采矿法所遗留的资源损失问题,延长矿山服务年限,同时又能对采空区进行安全处理。
In the process of non-pillar sublevel caving method in Longqiao Iron Mine,there are a large number of ore resources in the original stope,which mainly include overburden layer and footer trian-gle pillar.In order to recover this part of resources safely and effectively,the reasonable recovery principle is determined by analyzing the distribution and technical conditions of the ore in the goaf and the hole,and the recovery plan is put forward.The whole process of mine ore recovery is carried out based on the stability and monitoring of the goaf,and is implemented smoothly,which fully solves the problem of resource loss left by the caving method to fill mining method,extends the mine service life,and can safely deal with the goaf.
