刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿选冶试验研究

摘要 为了高效回收刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿石中的铜、钴元素,针对搅拌浸出工艺氧化铜钴矿中的硫化铜、硫化钴不能有效回收的问题,进行了先浮选硫化矿,再还原酸浸浮选尾矿的选冶联合试验研究。研究结果表明:通过硫化矿浮选—浮硫尾矿浸出联合工艺,浮选闭路试验获得了硫化精矿铜品位52.86%、含钴0.87%、铜回收率20.46%、钴回收率0.72%的浮选指标;闭路浮硫尾矿浸出试验获得了浸出渣含铜0.08%、含钴0.09%、铜浸出率96.56%、钴浸出率93.52%的浸出指标,矿石总酸耗为123.82 kg/t,其中脉石酸耗为72.44 kg/t。 In order to efficiently recover copper and cobalt elements from a copper-cobalt oxide ore in Congo(DRC),aiming at the problem that copper sulfide and cobalt sulfide in copper-cobalt oxide ore can⁃not be effectively recovered by stirring leaching process,a combined experimental study on flotation and metallurgy of sulfide ore flotation first and then reduction acid leaching flotation tailings is carried out.The results show that the flotation indexes of sulfide concentrate with copper grade of 52.86%,cobalt content of 0.87%,copper recovery of 20.46%and cobalt recovery of 0.72%are obtained.The leaching indexes of 0.08%copper,0.09%cobalt,96.56%copper leaching rate and 93.52%cobalt leaching rate are obtained by closed-circuit leaching test of floating sulfur tailings.The total acid consumption of ore is 123.82 kg/t,and the acid consumption of gangue is 72.44 kg/t.
