摘要
太钢袁家村铁矿为了提高浮选作业分选效率及铁回收率,针对浮选系统给矿脱泥效果差、尾矿铁品位高、扫选效率低等问题,在工艺流程考察的基础上,进行了操作控制逻辑优化和工艺技术改造。通过改造,浮选给矿脱泥效果改善明显,脱泥量提升了2.14倍,获得的浮选精矿全铁品位为65.19%,作业铁回收率为80.94%,浮选尾矿全铁品位为17.16%,尾矿铁品位降低了5.35个百分点,浮选各项指标均达到了设计指标要求。
In order to improve the separation efficiency and iron recovery rate of flotation operation in Yuanjiacun Iron Mine of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,aiming at the problems of poor desliming effect of feed ore,high iron grade of tailings and low scavenging efficiency of flotation system,on the basis of process flow investigation,the operation control logic optimization and process technical transformation are carried out.Through the transformation,the desliming effect of flotation feed is improved obviously,and the deslim-ing amount is increased by 2.14 times.The total iron grade of flotation concentrate is 65.19%,the recovery rate of iron is 80.94%,the total iron grade of flotation tailings is 17.16%,and the iron grade of tailings is re-duced by 5.35 percentage points.All the indexes of flotation meet the requirements of design indexes.
