摘要
铜矿峪矿采用自然崩落法开采,在开采过程中存在自然崩落大块率较高和速率慢的问题,一直制约着开采效率和安全管理。为解决上述问题,铜矿峪矿首次引进水压致裂矿岩预处理技术,对410 m中段首采区采取预处理措施,加快岩体中原生裂隙的扩展延伸及次生裂隙的持续发育,以降低岩体完整性,进而达到减少特大块产生和加快持续塌落速度的目的。与410 m中段未实施水压致裂区域及530 m中段首采区相比,开展了水压致裂的410 m中段首采区内大块率、塌落面积、采场持续塌落速度均变化显著,即大块率由35.1%降至14.4%,初始塌落面积由5200 m^(2)降至2120 m^(2),持续塌落面积由5900 m^(2)降至2710 m^(2),采场持续塌落速度由0.15 m/d提高至0.587 m/d,水压致裂积极效果显著,为后续中段衔接提供了技术支撑,保证了矿山生产经营长期稳定。
The natural caving method is used in the mining of Tongkuangyu Mine.The problems of high rate and slow rate of natural caving block in the mining process have been restricting the mining effi⁃ciency and safety management.In order to solve the above problems,the hydraulic fracturing rock pretreat⁃ment technology is introduced for the first time in Tongkuangyu Mine,and pre-treatment measures are tak⁃en to the first mining area in the middle section of 410 m to accelerate the expansion and extension of prima⁃ry cracks in the rock mass and the continuous development of secondary cracks,so as to reduce the integrity of the rock mass,and thus achieve the purpose of reducing the generation of large blocks and accelerating the continuous collapse rate.Comparing with the non-hydraulic fracturing area in the middle section of 410 m and the first mining area in the middle section of 530 m,the bulk rate,collapse area and stope sustained collapse velocity in the first mining area in the middle section of 410 m with hydraulic fracturing have signifi⁃cant changes,that is,the bulk rate decreases from 35.1%to 14.4%,and the initial collapse area decreases from 5200 m^(2)to 2120 m^(2).The continuous collapse area decreases from 5900 m^(2)to 2710 m^(2),the continu⁃ous collapse speed of the stope increased from 0.15 m/d to 0.587 m/d,and the positive effect of hydraulic fracturing is significant,which provides technical support for the follow-up midsection connection and en⁃sured the long-term stability of mine production and operation.
