常化加热速度对高牌号无取向硅钢组织及织构的影响

摘要 采用电子背散射衍射研究了高牌号无取向硅钢常化过程中不同加热速度对显微组织、织构的影响。结果表明:随着加热速度从16℃/s提高到100℃/s,热轧试样常化后的平均晶粒尺寸先变大后变小;加热速度达到50℃/s后,{100}、{210}、{111}等取向晶粒平均尺寸显著增大,γ取向线织构明显削弱。加热速度提高到50℃/s以上,λ取向线织构强度有所提高,η取向线织构在加热速度为50℃/s时强度最高。常化加热速度为50℃/s时试样的织构因子TF最大,此时织构最为有利。 The effect of different heating rates on the microstructure and texture of high grade non-oriented silicon steel during normalizing was investigated by means of electron back-sacttered diffraction. The results show that the average grain size of the samples after normalizing increases when the heating rate increases from 16 ℃/s to 50 ℃/s. However, the average grain size of samples begins to decrease when the heating rate reaches 100 ℃/s. The average grain size of samples with {100}、{210}、{111} orientation increase remarkablely when the heating rate is 50 ℃/s, and γ orientation line texture of the samples after normalizing are weakened, λ orientation line texture of the samples after normalizing are strengthened, η orientation line texture of the samples after normalizing are strongest when the heating rate is 50 ℃/s. The texture factor TF of the sample after normalizing is biggest corresponding to the most favorable texture when the heating rate is 50 ℃/s.
