摘要
液压机是对各种材料进行加工成型的设备,有着压力高、速度快、成型好的特点,如今在重型机械制造业、航空工业、塑料及有色金属加工业等行业中有着广泛的应用。而超高压系统在液压机中的应用使其可以实现较厚板材复杂形状一次成型,提高产能的同时降低人工成本。本文以某液压机为例,因该液压机具有超高压力、大流量、大功率等特点,对液压系统提出了全新的要求。为了设计更合理的液压系统,首先要针对液压机的超高压液压系统主要参数进行分析计算。
Hydraulic press is an equipment for machining and forming of various materials,with the characteristics of high pressure,fast speed,and good molding,which is now widely used in industries such as heavy machinery manufacturing,aviation,plastics,and non-ferrous metal processing,etc.The application of ultrahigh pressure systems in hydraulic presses enables them to achieve one-time forming for complex shapes of thicker plates,improve production capacity while reducing labor costs.In this paper,a certain hydraulic press is taken as an example,and new requirements for the hydraulic system are proposed due to its characteristics of ultrahigh pressure,large flow rate and high power.In order to design a more reasonable hydraulic system,first of all,it is necessary to analyze and calculate the main parameters of the ultrahigh pressure hydraulic system of the hydraulic press.
