济南市长清区药用植物资源的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Medicinal Plant Resources in Changqing District,Jinan City

目的:掌握济南市长清区野生及栽培药用植物资源的种类和分布特征,为该区域中药资源的保护和中药产业的发展提供本底数据以及建议。方法:以全国第四次中药资源普查技术规范为指导,采用样方和样线相结合的方式进行实地调查,对现有药用资源进行分类整理和建档。结果:长清区野生药用植物共有106科283属421种,其中被子植物占比93.82%。入药部位以全草类药材居多,占比42.99%。重点及特色品种共计106种,侧柏、黄花蒿、马兜铃、桑、酸枣等药材资源的蕴藏量较大。另发现3种山东新分布物种。调查栽培药材共计22种,以蒲公英、丹参、甘菊的种植面积最大。结论:该研究基本摸清了长清区药用植物资源的概况及利用现状,并提出了合理化建议,为长清区中医药产业的可持续发展提供了科学依据。

Objective:To master the species and distribution characteristics of wild and cultivated medicinal plant resources in Changqing district of Jinan city,so as to provide background data and suggestions for the protection of traditional Chinese medicine resources and the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in this region.Methods:According to the technical specifications of the fourth national traditional Chinese medicine resource survey,the existing medicinal resources were sorted out and analyzed by the field investigation,specimen collection,data collation and other methods.Results:There were 421 species of wild medicinal plants belonging to 283 genera and 106 families in Changqing district,angiosperms accounted for 93.82%;The majority of medicinal parts were whole herbs,accounting for 42.99%,there were 106 kinds of key and characteristic varieties,among them,the reserves of Platycladus orientalis,Artemisia annua,Aristolochia debilis,Moras alba,Ziziphus jujuba var.spinose were large,3 new species were found in Shandong;There were 22 kinds of cultivated medicinal materials,among which Taraxacum mongolicum,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium had the largest planted area.Conclusion:The situation and utilization of medicinal plant resources in Changqing district are found out,and reasonable suggestions are put forward,which provides a scientific basis for the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Changqing district.
