摘要
目的:研究菊科红花属植物红花Carthamus tinctorius L.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、MCI gel CHP-20、Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40C以及半制备HPLC对红花70%含水丙酮提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从红花中分离得到15个芳香苷类化合物,分别鉴定为:苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、苄基-O-芸香糖苷(2)、苯乙醇芸香糖苷(3)、3-(4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯基)丙酸甲酯(4)、carthamoside B5(5)、junipediol A-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、7-O-β-苯甲酰芸香糖苷(7)、紫丁香苷(8)、4-烯丙基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基葡萄糖苷(9)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-[(1E)-丙-2-烯基]苯基-O-芸香糖苷(10)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基反式苯丙烯酸(11)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基顺式苯丙烯酸(12)、1-(4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷)苯甲酸(13)、4-(2-氨基乙基)苯基-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、10、13~15为首次从红花属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Carthamus tinctorius.Methods:The chemical constituents from 70%acetone extract of Carthamus tinctorius were isolated and purified by silica,MCI gel CHP-20,Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40C and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures were identified by physicochemical characteristics and spectroscopic data.Results:Thirteen aromatic glycosides were isolated from Carthamus tinctorius and identified as benzyl-β-D-glucoside(1),benzyl-O-rutinoside(2),phenylethanol rutinoside(3),methyl 3-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenyl)propionate(4),carthamoside B5(5),junipediol A-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),7-O-β-benzoylrutinoside(7),syringin(8),4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl glucoside(9),2,6-dimethoxy-4[(1E)-prop-2-enyl]phenyl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl transphenyl acrylic acid(11),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cisphenyl acrylic acid(12),1-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)benzoic acid(13),4-(2-aminoethyl)phenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 4,10,13 to 15 are isolated from Carthamus genus for the first time.
