摘要
近年来大量研究发现坏死性凋亡参与了帕金森病(PD)的多种病理学机制,通过抑制坏死性凋亡通路关键分子能够对PD产生有利影响。本文围绕坏死性凋亡与PD各种病理学机制之间的关联性及其抑制剂在PD中的最新研究进展进行综述,旨在为未来PD的治疗及其药物靶点的筛选提供理论依据。
In recent years,a large number of studies have found that necroptosis involves in various pathological mechanisms of Parkinson's disease(PD),and can have a beneficial effect on PD by inhibiting the key molecules of necroptosis pathway.This review focuses on the correlations between necrotic apoptosis and various pathologic mechanisms of PD and the latest research progress of inhibitors in PD,aiming to provide theoretical basis for PD treatment and drug target screening.
