摘要
针对某新建C型甲板罐燃料舱的LNG双燃料动力船舶,设计在船厂内槽车对船的首次加注方案。根据船厂加注场地的实际情况和槽车作业特点,以及各个阶段和过程涉及的技术方案和安全管理手段,利用风险矩阵对可能发生的风险采取风险等级评估,识别出风险源,并制定预防措施及应急预案,为船东、船厂进行加注作业提供参考。
For a newly built dual-fuel LNG powered ship with a C-deck tank,the method of the truck to ship was selected to complete the first bunkering in the shipyard.According to the actual situation of the shipyard bunkering site,the operation characteristics of the truck,the technical schemes and safety management means involved in each stage and process,the risk matrix was used to evaluate the risk level,identify the risk sources and formulate preventive measures and emergency plans,providing reference for shipowners and shipyards of the bunkering operation.
